4. Active Account Status:
   The user’s account must remain active, without any policy violations or restrictions. Accounts flagged for misconduct, fake traffic, or guideline breaches will be disqualified from monetization.

 Content Submission and Approval Policy

Creators are responsible for ensuring that their submissions meet our community and editorial guidelines. The following content standards must be observed:

• Originality:
  All submitted articles and posts must be original, created by the user, and not copied from other websites, blogs, or news sources.

• Prohibited Content:
  The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

• Language & Presentation:

• Fact-Checking:
  All factual information must be verified before submission. News Biography Points reserves the right to reject any article deemed misleading, inaccurate, or unsupported by credible sources.

 View Count and Traffic Policy

To maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent activity, News Biography Points enforces a strict view count policy:

• Unique Views Only:
  Only views from unique IP addresses will be counted towards the monetization threshold. Multiple visits from the same device or IP within a 24-hour window will not increment the view counter.

• Prohibited Traffic Sources:
  Traffic generated from bots, automated scripts, VPNs, traffic exchange programs, or any artificial means will not be counted. Any detection of suspicious or fake traffic may lead to the post being disqualified from monetization and the user's account suspended.

• Real-Time Monitoring:
  Our system uses real-time monitoring tools to track and validate unique views. The final view count for monetization will reflect the verified number of authentic, unique views only.

 Earnings Calculation and Payout Policy

Once a post meets the required view threshold, earnings will be calculated based on the following structure:

• Earning Rate:
  For every 1,000 verified unique views, the creator will earn $0.5 USD.

• Minimum Payout Threshold:
  Users must accumulate a minimum of $5 USD in earnings before they can request a payout.
