China Urges Citizens in Israel to Remain Vigilant Amid Ongoing Tensions - Bio Points News

TEL AVIV – June 13, 2025:
Amid the growing regional unrest, the Chinese Embassy in Israel has issued a renewed safety advisory for its nationals currently residing or traveling within the country. The embassy has urged Chinese citizens to remain highly vigilant, closely monitor the situation, and strictly adhere to emergency guidance issued by local Israeli authorities.

The embassy's statement comes as tensions continue to escalate in the region, posing increasing risks to foreign nationals. While Israel’s main airport remains shut down, the embassy has confirmed that three land border crossings between Israel and Jordan are still operational:

• Jordan River Crossing

• King Hussein Bridge (Allenby Bridge)

• Yitzhak Rabin Crossing

Chinese citizens seeking to leave Israel may opt for these overland routes at their own discretion, provided the security situation in their vicinity allows safe passage.

“All Chinese nationals are advised to assess their local environment carefully, avoid unnecessary travel, and comply with all alerts issued by relevant Israeli agencies,” said an embassy official.

The advisory reflects broader concerns over the deteriorating security landscape in the Middle East, especially in the wake of heightened tensions between Israel and regional actors. Several international embassies have also issued similar alerts, urging caution and preparedness.

The Chinese Embassy assured its nationals of continued support and encouraged them to remain in contact through official channels should they require assistance.

As the situation unfolds, further updates are expected, and Chinese citizens in Israel are advised to stay informed via official embassy announcements and local emergency notifications.
